The deadline for exchange and return of goods sent to the customer is 14 days from the order is received by the customer. Thereafter, we reserve the right to send the package back to the customer. Alternatively, we can offer a voucher for similar amounts.
The deadline for exchanging and returning items that are picked up in our store is 14 days from the item is picked up, if the goods are picked up within 2 months from the day of purchase. After this, one can be issued gift card on the item amount for up to 14 days from the pick-up date. The gift card is valid for 1 year.
Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, and properly packed.
If the returned item shows signs of damage, we reserve the right to reject the return.
The customer pays the return shipping himself, if an item is returned. The return shipping is deducted from the return amount before it is refunded to the customer.
