The Beige Paintings explore how the pigments behave in correspondence with the concept of the Beige Space of Existence. The format of the paintings mirrors the dimensions of the Beige book, creating a direct connection between the two mediums. Before the painting process begins, quotations from the manuscript are added to the canvas, integrating the written word with the visual expression. In this way, the Beige Paintings become a Beige Space of their own, where the concepts of time, space, and existence unfold through the interplay of colour, texture, and meaning, inviting the viewer to enter a space of reflection and contemplation.
